Description: This beautiful German Shepherd x Rottweiler, named Savannah, was given her last chance at life when she was re-homed as a difficult dog. She had been through many homes before this and the shelter had few options left. She entered my heart almost immediately and to this day has been family. She has been enjoying her first happy Christmas with us and has even had presents to open! She has started playing with dog toys properly for the first time and is really coming out of her shell!

Description: Elephant peers outside the glazed window, staring at the pigeon-like birds that still hop around in the trees above. Where he lie, in between the pillows, was comfortable and warm. There were several things that he enjoyed about being inside instead of out in the cold. He appreciated the warm home, like the heart of a person.. cold on the outside yet warm on the inside.

Description: These are my two Alaskan Malamutes, BeeGee(brown antlers) and Trace(white antlers), sitting in front of the Christmas Tree. BeeGee is the older of the two and is Trace's Uncle. Since we had no snow, I figured that sitting them in front of the Christmas tree was the best spot. The brown paper in front of Trace has my name on it as well as the date, 12/24/13 and Merry Christmas on it. Since this was taken on the 24th, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

As we own several animals and Ringworm is contagious, that's all we could do for him. Finally, just before Christmas, Tobio is all better and finally out of quarantine! He's very happy, donning his Christmas collar, as his gift this year is being done and over with that nightmare called Ringworm. He was deemed "clear" on the 21st and hasn't stopped purring since!
