Spring 'Fever'
Born on the first day of Spring which isn't that great, if you think it's still cold and the weather nips your nose and your hands feel like ice. I wouldn't want it any other way because it's my birthday, but oh when the flowers begin to bloom and the birds chirp; its like no other. I'd have it no other way expect I have to often enjoy it indoors, with a fever like most years. Cheers

The Butterfly
The caterpillar always dreamed of reaching the top of the tree, but alas, it was a caterpillar, it was not meant to be, for if it could manage to reach the canopy, then it would get eaten by birds, you see. One day, that caterpillar hid in her shell, and there she remained, with time to sell. The days went by and her shell never fell, Until, at last, the shell shook, and it shook quite well. The shell fell and broke, and out the bug came, but this time a change, a butterfly it became. With wings of orange, they appeared aflame, And the butterfly flew, until it overcame the top of the trees! It had reached its goal! It could see miles around, every plant, every knoll! The butterfly flew high, higher than any pole. The forest rejoiced; look at her soul! The butterfly was happy, with excitement it was rife! It had done something impossible to most wildlife! Oh, the way had been filled with so much strife, but that didn’t matter; now, it was content with its life.
