Adding MID Files To Your PatchTo edit your MIDIs so that you can play them in your dream, simply rename them M#.mid. The # is replaced with a number that you choose (M11.mid, M15.mid, etc...). Once you've done that, you're finished with this step. To learn how to attach a MID file to your dream, proceed here. Adding .PCX Files To Your PatchTo edit your .PCX files, open them in a paint program supports .PCX files. Make sure that the color mode you are using is 256. Some colors that you may wish to use are not supported by Furcadia. If you do use these colors the .PCX file will be strangely colored when you view it in Furcadia. Once you have made all the changes that you want, save, and you're finished with this step. To learn how to attach a .PCX file to your dream, proceed here. Adding WAV Files To Your PatchTo edit your .wav files, so that you can use them in a patch, simply rename them S#.wav. The # is replaced with a number that you choose (S100.wav, S110.wav, etc...). Once you've done that, you're finished with this step. One thing to remember, however, is that WAV files can get very large in size. For this reason, I have included an additional page here that teaches you how to compress WAV files. This may not be necessary for you, but it's probably worth a look if you have a large WAV file. To learn how to attach a WAV file to your dream, proceed here.
