Please make sure that you're emailing the appropriate email address that deals with the specific subject that you wish to address; if you're not sure who to contact, feel free to learn about the Beekins to read more about the specific groups who are willingly to answer your questions.

If you have a specific general question, you might want to try browsing our Community Forums; there are a variety of players who are willing to assist you unofficially there, as well as several categorized forums (DragonSpeak, Patches, Technical Support, etcetera).
